Sir i took online job with a digital agreement. After complition of work they told that the job is not accurate and send me a photo of the QC report. I asked for the proper details then they said that you have to pay an amount for that or for noc you have to pay a large amount. I disagree with them then after few month they give a call to me , saying that i am in the ahmadnagar district court you have to pay for noc otherwise i registered a fir against you. After that i got 3-4 sms from the sms center "Mhdest " about the fir without fir no.
first you clearly keep that your matter or fact is not within the perviue of consumer protection act and you have sufficient means to subside your problem and to protect your right under the specific act and procedure,
