Withdrawning money from a joint account without permission of other

I havr withdraw money from a joint account of me and my dad without permission, and i don't earn yet, so can my dad take a legal action against me? If yes what i would be?
Since you are a joint owner you can withdraw money. But the other joint owner signature is also mandatory. For this your dad can make a complaint against you to the bank manager by writing a letter to him. For more call on my number
