My mother's sister had some shares and deposits and had nominated me, but a association drew a fabricated will but my mother's sister used to sign for all documents but here only finger prints which are not clear are shown stating that signature is made through thumb impression,will that will be genuine

challenge the thumb impression befor court that the same has been not executes by ur mothers sister and file a case for declaration before rhe court since it may be fabricated for sake of property challenge it

if your mother made a will and if she is educated enough then her not signing the Will creates doubt hence get a succession certificate let the will be proved by them and with such facts it is difficult to prove will hence file a petition in court and get your property legally.
