Who is the owner of the property if patta has been changed?

17-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Respected Lawyer, We belong to Islamic religion, My uncle has bought a land in a Village in Mayiladuthurai which consist of 1580 sq ft of Natham (residential) land, 256 sq ft punjai(agricultural) land and 384 sqft of another punjai land (agricultural). This property was handled by his elder brother who was living there and now he is no more. So now the 1580sqft land when I tried to take patta online, it says, "It is government land". The patta of 256sqft and 384 sqft are under different names. But the sales deed and EC is still under my uncles name. So now, can my uncle fight for these property legally? Does he still own these property? How to deal with the government undertaken land?

I request you to check with the VAO office regarding the classification if the land. If he supports you then you can submit an application to the authorities concerned and get it changed. With regard to the other lands you can submit the application and get it changed.
