What to do my neighbor is harassing me

I recently bought a land of 13000 square feet. Neighbor grown coconut tree in my fence. As i am going to construct a building now i asked neighbor to cut tree but he is refusing. Also he is forcing and threatening me to sell my partial land to him with cheap price. As he is having political relations please advice me how to handle this issue?
It is advisable to file a suit for injunction to restraining your neighbour from giving any hindrance through his men, servents or other people. Nobody is above the court of law. He cannot violate the court order for that reason.
