What to do if previous employer files frivolous case & demands money

HI THIS MOHAMED ABDUL KHALID I TAKE PART TIME JOB I GOT A 20 RUPEES PAPER AGREEMENT THEY GIVE A WORK WHICH I HAVE TO COMPLETE 20 DAYS BUT I FAILED IN THAT WORK THEY TO ME TO PAY RS.6838 BUT IN AGREEMENT ITS MENTIONED TO PAY RS 4100 AND THEY FILE CASE AGAINST ME PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE NOW I GOT A JOB
See as you had executed a contract and the penal provisions for not performing your part were mentioned therein then you will have to bear them. However if the other party is demanding an amount more than what was mentioned in the contract then you can oppose that before the court. Apart from that you can prove before the court that there were some unforeseen circumstances because of which you couldn't perform your part of the contract, which is also known as force majeure legally.
