What to do if plaintiff did not appear for settlement

Plaintiff and defendant has agreed for settlement. Now case stage is settlement is reflecting online. However the both lawyers were not presented the comprise petition only orally it has been mentioned. However Defendant has paid Rs. 4Lakhs out of 8Lakh as per mutual agreement during first settlement hearing. But is subsequent hearing (two hearing) the plaintiff is absent to receive the remaining amount. It is unable to complete the case. Any suggestion.

File an application stating the said facts and to issue notice to the plaintiff and if court directs deposit the amount in court if court had recorded the oral submission, the court will call the advocate or plaintiff to be present.
