What to do if I cannot pay the emi of the loan

Hello sir iam i have loan in capital fist iam paying the loan cuntiunesly 15 mouths but ....I have problem i solsd my business in jest 2 months I have problem to pay the amount I need time what to do now

You have taken loan, it's public money, it's better take time & repay slowly.
Alternative is, if you can adopt v.mallya formal.
Or go to court. I suggest you to take time for repaying it. Ok what have done with the money after selling the business. It all to make wrongfully gains.
