What to do if a stranger abuses another persons family ?

One of our male co-passenger in bus target another passenger and talking abuse language on his/her family or occupation. He is getting irritated day by day. So need to go through with legal action. Please share the process. Thanks and regards

You people say three to five persons firstly be confident to stand beside the victim.
The victim have to lodge a written complaint with the police station within the jurisdiction where the offense arise day by day.
Wherein the victim have to state that 1. the name and address of the accuse 2. nature of offense, 3. The time and place of occurrence and 4. the name, address and mobile no. of the eye witnesses.
The victim have to disclose how the abusive language lower the self esteem and defame him in the society under the broad day light resulting lowering his including his family members character in the eyes of others. And how the accuse provoke the others against him which create the breach of peace in the journey.
