What remedy is available if a false statement is being given by girls

There has been a fight between two of the groups of college i.e. dayscolors and hostellers on 7/09/2017. In which one of the student of hostel got high injury on head. Both of the groups went to police station nearby.Dayscolors also took girl friends with them and are accusing hostellers with the help of girls.Even girls have given a complain against the hostel boys of trying to rape them on 8/09/2017. What should the boys hostel fellows be doing now.All the eligations are wrong by dayscolors and can't be proven.Girls by the side are giving protection to them. We also have given a complain against few dayscolors on 7/09/2017 of beaten up and bleeding from head. Kindly help.
What is the school authority doing in this matter. you people need to seek help of the school authorities and your parents. the matter should be solved inside the institution itself. in case of FIR being lodged then you will have to hire a lawyer and try to get the matter resolved.
