Sir, Is there any provision for OBC Category employees in promotions in Public Sector Undertakings?
Provisions on castes depends on government decisions and especially in government job sector for each and every category they have their own reservation system to have betterment priorities in employment, lets take suppose banking here there will be no quota of reservation in promotion depends on how much you have done to it.
