What is the process for getting honourable discharge from air force?

Before 7yrs of service if an airmen is selected in group B post then can he get discharge from air force through armed forces tribunal?
As a normal rule, military personnel cannot seek such discharge before completion of the minimum tenure on his own volition, but only on medical ground. You will also have to check your service rules before going/ approaching the AFT
