What are the rights of adopted child on property

I was adopted to my uncle in the year 1986 he had adopted m bcz he had no boy child but he had a 2 daughters at that time by adopting me he had given m a 3acres of land which he also got as an adopted property frm his adopted father but nw the two daughters of my adopted fathers were filed a case that they want equal share on tht adopted property which i was got frm my adopted father is it possible they can get equal share on it my uncle was died in the year 2004-january-13.plz help me

Dear Sir,

If the said property was given by your adopted father during his lifetime then sisters cannot claim any share in your property. Your adopted father got exclusive right over the said property because it was not his ancestral property. If the daughters of your adopted father claims such property then ask them to approach Civil Court.
