Sir in my neighbourhood one family do dairy business, so they tie cow and goat there.. my home road is too narrow. So I can not take my vehicle to home and because of cow dug there is too much mosquito too.
You can file a detailed complaint with photographs, before the District Magistrate for illegal encroachment of public path or road as well as yours in your District.
Thereafter, approach District Magistrate to resolve your problem.
When there is no remedy, you can come and file a writ before The Hon'ble High Court for a direction to District Magistrate to resolve your complaint within stipulated period of time.
