University is not holding special exam after HC order

a)Our exam of MBBS 3rd year was in March 2018 b)due to a technical reason University witheld result of 6 students c) our next exam which we would be giving in case we fail this , was in Sept 2018 d) till the last day before the exam and college suddenly declared our exam nulled. But no other provision made to allow us for filing form of exam.(this we have not mentioned in anywhere ) e)As a result , we left with no result and exam and we have filed in Indore HC WP 23350/2018 and WP 27538/2018 f) Order on 19.11.2018 states that declare the result and hold special exam within 90 years for exam left. g)today its 100 days more and university is still dont want to hold speacial exam and instead they are forcefully forcing us to give upcoming general exam h) in the absense of exam c) we cant give our final exam as g) i)thats direct loss of 6 month career and total useless of HC's order j)also if i get clear 3rd in this result and exam c) ignored and force to give general exam g) , i w
