Me and my husband have mutually filed a divorce case after 1 yr of marriage but we have filed the case 1 month ago but we are not divorced legally . so what should I write in my marital status for applying government jobs . where I am still married or judicially separated .

you are still married and judicial separation is just a time period given to couple to save their marriage who have no strong reason for divorce. that's why the court order that from this day you both are separate from each other and think about your marriage.
and after the period expires and you both have decided to be separate from each other the court pass the divorce order.
