Tenant not paying rent and refusing to get into new agreement.

12-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
How do I evict my tenant who is refusing to pay rent and getting into a new agreement. My tenant still owes me money from previous year's rent. The problem is he has been our tenant for the past 6-7 years . We don't have any agreement proof or any security deposits. Please guide us.

hi, as per bombay tenancy act you have send legal notice through an advocate. and thereafter you have civil and criminal ways to take action. you can evict ur tenant on default basis. for further detailed discussion and action u have to take advocate's advice. you can contact us through lawreto, as our contact no is with them.
