Query perused. I would advise you to engage a lawyer for filing the eviction suit at the earliest possible. It will take time but you have to take the legal remedy by filing a suit. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

new you have to file a suit for eviction against the tenant landlord there is a remedy in civil law now you can vacate the tenant from and take the fiscal position if you fail to do so then you can file a suit by rectangular complaint for police station under 420 IPC

Sir as per new law it can be evicted on ground of personal use any time...it takes around 2-3 months for getting the matter decided...till then also send a application for disconnecting the electricity of rented floor if it’s having separate meter as house is in ur name now. For further clarification pls call. Thanks for contacting LawRatoPartner.

You have to first serve notice to the tenant that you are the owner and only then you can I plead yourself in the already existing case and proceed against her. You can also seek recovery if the defaulted rents and if you can finish the case in 6 months or more depending upon how you proceed the case. Now a new act has also been enacted.
