Suit file missing, how can I apply in court

I have changed my advocate, my previous lawyer had signed No objection in vakalath form,but he did not returned case file, he is taking time to return my case files, and also next hearing is near by, what to do now? Can my present advocate might get certified copies? But how much time it will take to get duplicate copies.

dear sir

there is no problem for not return the file from previous advocate. you can also get the certified copies from court.

in thus view you have to approach a good lawyer for further course of action
