Sold two wheeler. Buyer is not changing the RC to his name.

Hi Sir/Madam, I sold my wife's two wheeler two months ago to a mechanic nearby. He sold it to someone in our area. It has been two months and he hasn't changed the RC to his name. We spoke to him but he is not willing to change it any time soon. All he says is that he might change within two months but his answer isn't positive. We only have the delivery note of the mechanic to whom we sold. We have the address of the buyer. What can be done now? Please suggest.

Once you have the delivery note with you along with the buyers address that would be sufficient for you for court related matters. You cannot now force a 3rd party after giving the delivery of the vehicle.
