Seepage from toilet from above flat want to claim compensation

The caretakers have rented the flat to tenants and their toilet is leaking into my flat. They refuse to repair. Can I claim for compensation and repairs?
U can file the complaint to the society if formed or can failed complaint at municipality or panchayat which ever is the jurisdiction. Once the complaint is been filed than the authority will sent them the notice or else accordingly u can file the suit against the flat owner.
