Seeking advice to avoid legal issues on a report on religious matter

There is a legal fight going on one of the religious matters between devotees of two different beliefs of same religion. The court proceeding are going on, meanwhile i want to write & publish an interim report of analysis on the court proceedings, along with justifications about it. Anyone may object the matter unlawfully or just to harass us. So, I want to have your legal advice on .. "What kind of disclaimers / instructions should be mentioned on the report, so that any one can not file any legal suits". I have thought of writing following disclaimers on the report: 1. This matter is for private circulation only & is not meant for general public. All rights reserved for the use of this content & it's parts there in. 2. This content is only an analysis report of the court proceedings & justifications on it, however it does not declare or conclude anything or arrive on any conclusion. 3. This information can not be used for any legal proceedings. Can you please advise. Thank u.
