My mother is never married and she had adopted me from her real brother through registered adoption deed in 1978. at time of my school admission father name was needed and because mother is never married so she had registered her father's name (i.e. my real grandfather) in place of my father name. Can it create any prob in govt job or any issue.we both hav same father name on all our IDs and my certificates

Not an issue for that as it’s a legal adoption..get it acknowledged in nearest committee for records and when ever u apply for any Govt. Job then also attach the certified copy of this deed for their records and it’s a genuine and legal document which carrier a huge weitage for ur carrier.
