22-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
In case of property devolve equally among legal heirs i.e. wife, son & daughters after demise (before 1999) of father (no will) and being sold by wife and son without relinquishment by daughter, can daughter fight to cancel the sale agreement or court will ask to pay 1/3rd of the sale value to daughter?

Yes. You can claim your share as you are also coparcenor and have a right to equal share you can seek to set aside the sale deed or agreement and you will recover your share of property. You must file a suit to that effect.
