Lower court had ordered RS.4000 per month as maintenance under crpc 125 now opposite party has filed revision of this order,husband said his income 10,000 in which liabilities are RS.3500 for house rent(provided with paper) and senior citizen case maintenance order from husband's parents of RS.5000 per month. How much chances are there for wife to win this revision case?she has provided no proof of husband's incone..can the court scrutiize husband's bank statement and IT file?
yes there is a provision including a judgement of 42 pages ( fourty two pages) that can be placed before judge where both wife and husband can file the same and if anyone tries to hide or tries to suppress such they shall be penalised as well as jailed for deposing false affidavit and this judgement can really screw a husband life for sure.

Court can order husband to produce copies of his income proof or can order enquiry for the same. So yes, if those proves your income is higher then the wife has got chances of success in revision case.
