Remedies if borrower denies to pay back despite promissory note

I lended money(one lakh) to a person on 28-02-2015, he has written and signed on promisery note(signed on revenue stamp attached),Till today he extended by saying I will give next month and some execuses,today finally he declared he won't give. What can I do now ,it already crossed three years,please help me

The limitation of Promissory Note is only for three years. If he wrote the date in the Promissory Note then you can calculate whether three years are passed or still subsistence. If the promissory note subsistance, then you can file a civil suit before the concern court and get your money
