Regarding to the Possession of property

I have possession since 50 years of residencial property approx (half bigha) in Dist. Bulandshahr UP but one of my uncle registered his falsely name through patwari on UPbhulekh.gov.in site...so please help me if we have possession then can my uncle occupied my property without having any possession. Can we file suit against him in civil court...if we file suit whether court decided in favour of him (uncle) or me....?
how you are cling the ownership of property. what is your uncle relation with property. when it was registered with his name...need to know more details information ..let me know then only I can guide to how-to deal with the situation and get it resolved in your favour.
