Regarding the recruitment case in High Court where to inquire

The post advertised by SSC and some candidates already are in over aged bar. so they filed a case at CAT Delhi to allow them in interview. finally they appeared interview. But the result will not come. Finally their case was dismissed by CAT. after that they again filed in High Court. But there is no stay on result in High Court. Is there any possibility to declare result by ssc or it was delayed. Within how many days a legal notice send by the High Court to parties? I hope, I got ur suggestion quickly.

It is as per the wishes of the High Court to decide whether it wants to send notices to all the parties concerned in the petition or not. There is no fixed duration for this. Usually Delhi high Court provides 4 weeks time to serve notice. Hope this helps.
