Regarding legal right over ancestral property without any will

14-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
In a christian family, my mother is the only daughter to my grandfather. After the death of my grandmother, my grandfather had married another woman and have 3 x sons. My grandfather and my step grandmother are no more. My grandfather left some property (land) inestate (without leaving any will). Do as my mother has any right over the property. If so, to what extent. Thank you.
