Regarding heir prefereceived in land property

Sir/madam
My granfather had 2 wives. He has a son(my father) from first wife and 2 sons and 2 daughters from second.
My question is, how will distribute grandfather's farms between above heirs? Equally or 50% to my father (because of a son from first wife or any else )

Dear Queriest, the distribution of property among heirs comes in Class I of the schedule. The property of the intestate will he hence divided into:
Rule 1. The intestate's widow, or if there are more widows than one, all the widows together shall take on share.
Rule 2. The surviving sons and daughters and the mother of the intestate shall take one share.
Rule 3. The heirs in the branch of each pre-deceased son or each pre-deceased daughter of the intestate shall take between them one share.
