Reg: All women Police Station compul to right property

my uncle 63, his second wife 50 and one adopted daughter 25. he is having own acquisition property. His wife torturing him to give all property to her. But my uncle's decision to give to her daughter. His wife creating so much drama and spreading falls statement on my uncle. With the help of local politician she is making so much pressur to him. Finally she has given Domestic violence case in AWPS. There also Inspector speaking on her side only and compul to prepare a will stating that after his death property belongs to his second wife with in 10 days register and submit a copy. Inspector rudly got statement like that with my uncle. Now what we can do in this case? Before that will preparation if my uncle write settlement document to his daughter means what will happen? whether Inspector having any rights to compul my uncle to write will?
