RE: Property devidation and threat to life

Sir, my father and uncle are 3 Bros. The property was mutually devided in 2002 . Now one of my uncle want to capture entire property of our side. One thing I want to told you that devidation was not registered it was only mutually. Now uncle has logged false case saying that he did not get anything despite he is enjoying 1/3 and extra property. Sir, Me and my brother do jobs outside and our uncle is threatening us to logged False FIR against Us to create problems to us. We are Having 2( bhua). Now he logged care for asking 1/5th property. Sir, what would be the court's decision ? Will we get 1/3 or 1/5 property. My uncles and his sons are goon and they abused my father and attempt to kill him. Sir , what to do in False FIR matter and how to protect my father from goons. We approach to police but police is favouring goons. We want justice. Kindly help us.
