Query in rent agreement for flat registration regarding address proof

Sir, i am from rajasthan and getting married in april 2019. Currently working in mumbai. Me & my husband have taken a flat on rent. First they are denying for agreement in name of both before marriage. Second, the landlord is asking for my address proof in Mumbai which i don't have. They are saying that same has been demanded by their lawyer. Plz guide us.
If for Registration purpose they demanded address proof.Then hou can do Registration of rent agreement on your original Residence proof.There is no need of Mumbai Residence proof is necessary.If it is not required for registration of rent agreement then it is not necessary of address proof if Mumbai.
