Lekin Consumer Protection Act, 2019 ke tehat agar service mein deficiency hai ya company ne misleading information di hai to aap refund ke hakdaar ho sakte hain. Accidental duplicate payment ya severe technical error ke case mein PW khud exception deta hai. Aise mein aapko turant transaction ID, payment screenshot aur batch details ke saath PW support par written request daalni chahiye. Yadi 7-10 working days mein refund nahi aata ya request reject ho jaati hai, to aap pehle PW ko legal notice bhej sakte hain. Uske baad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission mein complaint file ki ja sakti hai. Service deficiency prove hone par pura refund + compensation + legal cost mil sakta hai.
