purchasing property while I have filed complaints against rowdies

I am Balaji, aged 26. My father is about to buy property in my name and brother name . From the year 2016 yo 2017 I acted like activists like registering cases against rowdies and criminals. Also other illegal activities surrounded by me in prime minister portal . Some of the criminals and illegal activists have also took sign from me in white a4 sheet by frightening me. So , what I am sharing is, if my father purchase property in my name , what will be the impact for signing in white paper?
if the people come to know details of properties in your name they may write some sort of transfer document on it, though it may not stand in Court. so you get a legal public notice issued about it. and keep copies of such publication..
