If a person submitted false incometax certificate for taking benifits of scholarship while studying in college and his father is a government employee and he is also a government employee right now, if I complaint about them then what happens afterwards to their government job and to them

since student has committed mistake while he was student so court will certainly consider a liberal view and they will be asked to submit full fee as they have committed a mistake. At the same time they can be asked to deposit scholarship back. Don't worry but in case if any problem comes you can seek legal advise of an advocate. I will not discuss much at this forum on this issue . As this is a topic where I dont find utility to discuss much in detail.

They will be subjected to an enquiry which may lead punishment or exoneration. File rti application first for certified copy of proofs and than make complaint against them. If the enquiry found them guilty they may go to police filibg fir against them.
