Property related . Married grand daughter right in grandfather propert

16-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Grandfather has a property.Grandfather is no more. He has 7 daughters ( married and well to do) and one son who is dead(heart attack at young age) with a daughter in law and grand daughter. Grandfather died before 1990 . The grand daughter ( sons daughter) is married. The daughters of grandfather have filed petition for the share of property 1/8 th ( total 7 daughters and daughter in law). So as a grand daughter ( married) can she claim the grandfathers property if in case daughter in law (sons widowed wife)dies? Are the daughters entitled to get the share of the property as grandfather died before 1990. ? We are belonging to Hindu religion.
