Property purchased in joint name, now both of us do not stay together

I AM , ME AND MY HUSBAND PURCHASE A PROPERTY IN HIRANANDANI SOCIETY MUMBAI IN 2016 WHERE HE DONE DOWN PAYMENT OF 15 LACS TO HIRANANDANI SOCIETY , MUMBAI BY CHEQUE AFTER THAT WE BOTH ARE LIVING SEPARATELY . HE IS STILL IN MUMBAI , BUT KNOW WHEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT IN 2016 , MY HUSBAND HAS ALSO SANCTIONED HOME LOAN FROM ICICI BANK AMOUNTING TO RUPEES 65 LACS , BUT THE LOAN WAS NOT DISBURSED AND HE HAD ALSO NOT TAKEN LOAN FROM ANY OTHER BANK. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO GET REGISTRY DETAILS THAT IN WHOSE NAME HOUSE IS BEING REGISTERED. I JUST HAD FLAT ADDRESS. PLEASE SUGGEST HOW TO GET THE DETAILS SO THAT I CAN TAKE STAY ON HIS PROPERTY . OR IN CASE HE HAS MADE REGISTRY IN PARENTS NAME IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE CLAIM IN THAT CASE.

you need to approach the builder first and try to find out that on whose name that property is register or you can approach to the registry office from where you will get the information regarding the ownership of that flat.in case you if that property is registered with your husband parents, better you should contact an appropriate advocate who will guide in a better way
