Property management company leased out my house and closed business

12-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had entered a rental agreement with a property management company in East Tambaram, Chennai for my house situated in same area for a monthly rent. The agreement expired on 01-05-2020. They stopped paying rent to me from Jan 2020. This property management company leased out my house for 6 lacs to the current occupant till November 2020. I came to know about this when I contacted the occupant regarding non-payment of rent by property management compnay. The company closed their business and not reachable since January 2020. Complaints have been filed to police. It seems the owner of the property development company has done the same thing with many houses in the area. The current occupant refuses to vacate the house since they did not get their 6 lacs back from the company. As a owner, I am affected because no rent is paid since January and there is a risk of indefinitely waiting for possession of my house. What is the best legal remedy for my situation? Thank you for the advise.

we want to undergo what is the agreement between you and the company and what is the agreement between the company and the tenant unless and until we go through the agreement we cannot say anything but if anything contrast to the agreement within you be with you if they lived the property to the third party that is the tenant then you can get some relief under law
