Procedure to take mortgage property back

Sir, I want to ask you that my foregrand parents have mortgaged a land to someone in 1920s and they also paid all the money . But after so many years how can we take our land back as limitation act dont allow us
There is clear rule for taking back mortgage property. Fulfill all the terms condition of the mortgage and get back the property. If there is no written term and condition for mortgage and all the papers and documents are with you the approach the proper court for getting back the mortgage property.
