Procedure in case not receiving summons from court

in 2012 i have paid 5lks for advance for purchase a flat. party were unable to produce relevant papers related to flat,loan.handicaped child hence deal got cancelled. filed a case on 2012 agaist party. now my address has been changed 2 times i managed to appear in court.but i am not getting any letter or notice though i have intimated peskar on my date and he noted in the register...please advice further steps....
If your address is not updated till date try to know the reason why it is not changed? Put pressure on the peskar regarding that matter.The best way to change it by presenting a petition before the Learned Court and mentioning the Court about such changes.
