Procedure against the court order for compensation to daughter-in-law

sir, my daughter in law have filed a case against my son at her home court Deheradun for compensation.She was taken by her parents from our house without major reason.Is there provision to give compensation by a unemployed person .Deheradun court have given verdict to pay Rs 5000/-per month to her.
If the wife is educated and physically fit and can obtain a job.
Then there may be a possibility that the compensation can be stop for unemployed person.
But still the burden lie on man to give mantaince to his wife ..

What is her maximum qualification?
Had she ever worked before marriage ?
Is she still working?
Is your son unemployed?
What is the tenure of their marriage till date?
Then there may be a possibility that the compensation can be stop for unemployed person.
