Procedure after Filing FIR With 498-AIPC 3,4DPA how to proceed

I have already registered an FIR against my husband on 9 of Sept , 2020. Please let me know the further procedure to be followed or proceedings by law
when a crime is registered against your husband, firstly he will obtain Bail (in Police Station). Latter the police file charge sheet against your husband in the concerned Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate and there after trial will commence and you have to appear before the court on a day for giving evidence and after completion of trial the court will pronounce judgement.
meanwhile you can file a maintenance case against your husband if you have no means to maintain your self. you can also able to file a petition for restitution of congugal rights.
