Pet dogs and stray dogs barking

We lived in first floor of my society There are 2 pet dogs in my neighbour and 5 stray dogs in my society premises They stray dogs barks every time in day and night. We take action against pet owner who feeds stray dogs daily any time what should we do for piece
Nothing much you can do about it except approaching the Municipality to get the stray dogs away from your society premises & keep them in special Dog Shelters or with any NGO looking after Animal Welfare.
You can't stop anyone from feeding Dogs. However, you can request the Municipality to get the Dogs Vaccinated in your premises. As far as to control their barking is concerned, you have to tolerate with it, as these days, there are clear cut guidelines from the Central Ministry looking after animal welfare that Societies need to create a harmonious environment both for Stray Dogs & Humans, so that both can live in Co-existence harmoniously in society.
