Personal loan not paid over 3 year due to maternity and child care

Dear Sir, My Name is Deepa from madurai. 3 year before i had take personal loan in Bajaj finance service. i had paid only 10 dues after my maternity i am not able to continue my job and i stay at home for take care of my child. I know that the loan is not paid over 3 year so it is a offence. but i had poor family situation and no one is there to care about the loan. Today one of a lawyer from Bajaj finance spoke to me to repay the loan immediately because the court will raise search warrant against you before 3rd of december. the pending due is 46000/-. but all the fine fees and penality charges raised to 1,42000/-. kindly help me to what i have to do. my kid is 3 years old.
