Person sending vulgar email to women members of committee

A member has maligned a women committee members name by sending an email to all the members of the society tarnishing her reputation.
If the mail includes to malign the reputation of the women one can file a criminal case against that person under section 354 of the IPC for outraging the modesty of a woman and that particular mail will act as the strong evidencd for the case
