One male one female L/heirs male insert his name only in the revenue

sir, we two L/heirs, my father mother died, I was married 1972 my younger brother insert his name only in the revenue records and he execute two registered sale agreements. one sale agreement party went to the court, how can i fight for my share? pls help me.
Religion - HINDU
You Can rightfully approach the concerned a civil court for remedy of partition in the already existing property which was conveyed in the sale agreement and also you can seek a suit for declaration to declare you also as legal heir.
