Nuisence while festive season with loud music disturbing entire area

Hi Sir Hamaray area Mein Bohut Loud Music Play Hota Hai Religious Festival k nam per start at 9pm till 3 am yesterday night is last Saturday of sharaavan so they started at 7pm with DJ with 5or6 speakers and with drummer boys 5to 6 they r not looking educated also they play on and on fire cracker also with tempo but they r not moving from our area from 7to 11 so much of noice head ache ,ear ache then I call police then they stopped we live in non Muslim area but only some left tell u about the last year sharaavan they started at 10pm and till 5am they played I am new here my sleeping is disturbing my health problem leaving with old man age 65 to much noice is so disturbing to human health also what to do every time this drummers and tampo dj r disturbing our health everybody in our street is so Disturbed by this religious harassment plz need advice any law on this that our street can take or I can take. help
