I have received a notice from local police for appereance in court. I don't know the legal issue but its from traffic police.i do not have any challan online by my name or car number.how to proceed on this case.

You must meet the police officer of your area... and get it checked whether any such challan has been issued against you...And if not let it be....There is no such harm caused to you...
