If my wife having problem with neighbours & I am not involved in it can police also file kalandare on husband?

The answer to your question depends on the complaint filed before the SDM in the first place. If your neighbours have specifically taken your name in the complaint as an accomplice to the disturbance caused to them, then without doubt the Police will issue a kalandra notice against you.
In most cases, whoever files the complaint usually include the spouse of the accused in such matters. However, you can prove before the SDM that the allegations against you are false and frivolous.
